Article 1 Registration as a Member

Zohiko Co. Ltd.  (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides various services to those who register as onlineshop members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") when using the online store operated by the Company.
You can use the online store without registering as Members, but there are some services that are only available to Members, such as viewing past order histories, so please register if you wish to use these services.

Article 2 Membership Agreement

These terms and conditions are a summary of the precautions to be taken when applying for membership and after registration. Please read it carefully before registering. By completing your registration, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 Membership

A member is an individual who has agreed to the Terms of Service and has applied for membership online.

The application for membership must be made in person by the individual who is to become a member. Registration by a proxy is not permitted.

Members may not allow a third party to use, lend, transfer, sell, trade, or pledge their membership.

Article 4 Registration Application

When applying for registration, please follow the instructions on the site to enter your information.

Article 5: Management of Member ID and Password

Members are responsible for managing their own member ID and password, which they set up when applying for registration.

Members may not allow a third party to use their member ID or password, or lend, transfer, sell, trade, or pledge their member ID or password to a third party.

Members shall be responsible for any damage caused by inadequate management of member IDs and passwords, errors in use, use by third parties, etc., and the Company shall not be liable for any such damage.

In the event that the Company incurs damages due to unauthorized use of member IDs and passwords, members shall compensate the Company for such damages.

Article 6: Changes to Member Information

If any of the personal information entered during the registration application process changes, members should immediately change their personal information by clicking on the "Change Registration Information" link in Shopify.

Article 7: Cancellation of Membership

If a member wishes to cancel his/her membership, the member must submit a cancellation request through the "Cancellation Request" link on the site.

In the event of a member's death, the member will be deemed to have withdrawn from membership at that time.

Article 8 Violation of this Agreement

If a member violates this Agreement, the Company may suspend the member's member ID and password, expel the member from membership, or take other measures without prior notice to the member.


Article 9 Handling of Member Information

The company complies with the laws regarding the protection of personal information and handles member information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy".


Article 10 Disclaimer

The Company may suspend, delay, discontinue, change, or abolish any of the services in the online store without prior notice to members. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result of such suspension, delay, discontinuation, change, or discontinuation.

Article 11 Revisions to the Terms

The Company may revise the Terms of Service at any time, and if the Terms of Service are revised, members shall abide by the revised Terms of Service.


Article 12 Governing Law, Jurisdiction

The Terms of Service established between the Company and members shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, and in the event that a lawsuit is necessary in relation to the Terms of Service, the Kyoto District Court or the Kyoto Summary Court shall be the court of agreed jurisdiction.
